All prices on the Website are displayed in Indian Rupees. The User agrees to pay the full amount payable for the respective product as indicated during the order process, including shipping costs, charges, and taxes incurred with the order.

We will not accept a User’s order if the item is out of stock, there is a product or pricing error, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to the User’s location, or at our sole discretion for any other reason. The User will be informed if the order is not accepted and any related payment will not be processed.

If we notice any errors in pricing on the Website or during order processing, we will act in good faith to resolve the issue. The User agrees to cooperate and accepts that Zayan Furniture has sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution.

All products listed on the Website will be sold at Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of all taxes, or at a discounted price unless otherwise specified. Prices and taxes are subject to change without prior notice. Online prices may not match offline store prices. Users accept this and may contact Customer Care for any pricing discrepancies.

While availing payment options on the Website, Zayan Furniture is not responsible for any loss or damage arising due to lack of authorization, payment issues, transaction declines, exceeding preset banking limits, or any technical or non-technical issues preventing payment.

All payments for purchases on the Website shall be in Indian Rupees. Multiple payment options may be offered, including debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, etc. Acceptance of payment is at the sole discretion of Zayan Furniture, and Users may be required to submit identification or KYC documents. Payment usage must comply with applicable laws and guidelines of RBI, banks, or intermediaries.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity or value of items purchased per person, household, or order. Discount e-coupons are subject to this T&C and their individual terms. E-coupons are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and expire on the specified date. Zayan Furniture reserves the right to cancel or reject e-coupons suspected of fraud or illegal use.

Discount E-Coupons

Any use of discount e-coupons shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms issued for each individual e-coupon. Zayan Furniture will honor e-coupons only when used in accordance with these terms. All e-coupons remain the property of Zayan Furniture, are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and have no cash alternative.

Each e-coupon carries an expiry date, and after the expiry date, it can no longer be redeemed by the User. Zayan Furniture reserves the right to cancel or reject any e-coupon if fraud or illegal use is suspected. Users shall have no claim against any such cancellation or rejection by Zayan Furniture.
